Respite Care

Support provided when the client's primary caregiver needs relief. Respite care helps reduce caregiver burnout, allowing them to rest while we ensure their loved one continues receiving compassionate and quality care. These services promote continuity of support for individuals and help maintain their desire to age in place.  

   We help with:

  • Supervision

  • Companionship

  • Personal care assistance

  • Medication reminders

  • Behavioral support

  • Meal preparation

  • Recreational & social support

Out-of-Home Respite

We provide relief for primary caregivers through assisting individuals in community locations, such as malls, parks, libraries, etc. 

In-Home Respite

We are also happy to provide respite care in your home. We travel to provide primary caregiver relief and empower your independence in the safety and comfort of your own home.   ​

Emergency Respite

Emergency Respite Care and Extended Respite Care are available during unexpected caregiver crises. These emergency services can last from several days up to several weeks. 

Eligibility

An individual may be eligible to receive respite care if their primary caregiver is absent or needs relief from their caregiver duties. Private pay is accepted as well.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for Housing Stabilization Services, applicants must meet the following criteria:

 

✅18 years old or older

✅Must be on Medical Assistance (MA)

✅Must have a documented disability or disabling condition

✅Homelessness or at risk of being homeless
