Eligibility

An individual may be eligible to receive respite care if their primary caregiver is absent or needs relief from their caregiver duties. Private pay is accepted as well.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for Housing Stabilization Services, applicants must meet the following criteria:

 

✅18 years old or older

✅Must be on Medical Assistance (MA)

✅Must have a documented disability or disabling condition

✅Homelessness or at risk of being homeless
