Advocate Care Solutions is a Minnesota-based, employee-owned cooperative dedicated to helping people live safely and independently at home. Founded in 2024, we believe care should be rooted in dignity, equity, and purpose and delivered by people who genuinely care.
We provide essential in-home support like chore services, and individualized assistance to create safe, clean, and stable living environments. Because a home isn’t just where you live it’s your foundation for independence, health, and quality of life.
As a cooperative, we are owned by the people who do the work. That means we lead with accountability, compassion, and community impact in every service we provide. We don’t just support people we advocate for them.

Community Empowerment
We believe the people we serve are experts in their own lives. We don’t “do for” we partner to promote self-advocacy, goal setting, and shared decision making, building independence, confidence, and long-term stability.
Inclusivity and Diversity
Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care that acknowledges historical barriers and systemic inequities. We create services where every individual regardless of race, disability, gender, age, income level, or life experience feels seen, respected, and valued.
Person-Centered Care Coordination
We bridge gaps between housing, healthcare, social services, and community support so individuals don’t fall through the cracks. With a focus on coordination, communication, and accountability, we ensure seamless care and meaningful outcomes.
