What We Offer
Our team is here to support you with light housekeeping, yard work, minor home maintenance, and more.
To qualify for Housing Stabilization Services (HSS), applicants must meet the following criteria:

18 years old or older
-
Must be on Medical Assistance (MA)

Must have a documented disability or disabling condition

Homelessness or at risk of being homeless
Referrals can come from the following providers:

Case Managers and Social Workers

Health Care providers qualified to confirm the disability or disabling condition

Mental Health Professionals

Disability Service Providers

Substance Use Disorder Providers

Homeless Outreach Workers / Housing Navigators

Self-referral: individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and are in need of HSS
